This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping AUT's digital education future.
The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the day-to-day operations that keep AUT Online programmes running smoothly.
You'll manage student enrolments, assessments, and progression activities to ensure every stage of the student journey is accurate, timely, and seamless.
You'll maintain high-quality data, support academic and student success processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across AUT Online's growing portfolio.

You will be an experienced and detail-focused administrator.
You will also bring with you :
Administration experience : Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, preferably within a tertiary education environment supporting students and / or programmes.
Proven capability : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
Systems confidence : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience using student management systems or CRMs to track and report data.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment where priorities may shift as AUT Online grows.
Cultural excellence : Commitment to building team understanding of te ao Maori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and contributing to an inclusive, mana-enhancing student experience.

Salary Range :
$59 k to $78 k (appointment level and salary commensurate with skills and experience)
