Duty Manager

SOHO Family Vineyards – Auckland, North Island

As one of our Wine Hustler Duty Managers, you will work within a small, friendly crew welcoming visitors to our Waiheke Island cellar door. You will be responsible to help guide the team day-to-day to ensure the daily service, opening & closing of the Cellar Door are done to SOHO standards.

What you'll be doing :

• Greeting & serving guests
• Guiding tastings & hosting fun wine experiences
• Selling wine & processing wine orders
• Pouring wine & making drinks behind the bar
• Setup & breakdown for daily service, wine tastings & events
• Supervising other Wine Hustlers when on shift as Duty Manager
• Cashing up register
• Washing & polishing glassware
• Helping with general upkeep & maintaining cleanliness of cellar door facilities
