About the opportunity

As CFO, you’ll partner closely with the Chief Executive and executive team, shaping financial strategy and providing the insight needed to fuel growth, innovation and operational excellence. You’ll lead the Finance Team, bring discipline to fast-paced decision-making, and ensure the business is equipped with high-quality financial information, strong commercial analysis and proactive risk management.

You’ll oversee financial control, banking and treasury, cashflow, costing, pricing and performance across Cookie Time’s multi-site operations. From advising on new products to supporting manufacturing improvement, this role has genuine influence and impact across the entire business.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a CFO with real commercial presence - someone who can combine financial rigour with entrepreneurial agility. You’ll bring :

• Senior finance leadership experience ideally in multi-sited food manufacturing.
• Strong foundation capability across financial control, costing, pricing, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing banking relationships, covenants and treasury.
• Strength in risk management, insurance oversight and governance.
• A leadership style that lifts capability, builds trust and brings people along with you.
