Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing all food and beverage operations at Sherwood, specifically its acclaimed Two-Hat signature restaurant and event spaces. This role demands exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, financial performance, compliance, and team development to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency in a dynamic, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Enhance guest experience through proactive service standards, prompt feedback resolution, and innovative offerings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote events, seasonal menus, and special initiatives that grow business opportunities.
