Role Overview
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing all food and beverage operations at Sherwood, specifically its acclaimed Two-Hat signature restaurant and event spaces. This role demands exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, financial performance, compliance, and team development to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency in a dynamic, high-standard environment.
