The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Rollforming team in Christchurch, focusing on new‑build residential projects, primarily single and two‑story homes. You’ll manage the end‑to‑end process, from quoting to installation, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role suits an experienced professional or a supervisor ready to step up into project management, bringing a positive attitude and a knack for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and homeowners, acting as their trusted advisor. Understand their needs, address concerns promptly, and deliver tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Project Management : Oversee quoting, margin control, and installation processes, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and cost expectations. Coordinate with production teams and installers to deliver seamless results.
• Operational Excellence : Drive efficiency in sales and installation processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards in quality and safety.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the South Island Regional Sales Manager, Production Manager, and other key stakeholders to align strategies, achieve targets, and foster a ‘one Company’ culture.
• Industry Expertise : Leverage your building industry knowledge to provide technical and operational insights, ensuring projects meet customer and regulatory requirements.
