Job description

Basic + shift allowance + attendance allowance + flexi benefit + AWS

Description :

  • Carry out multi-task job (eg, Quality Control, Technical Support, Analysis and etc)
  • Responsible for handling first-level technical issues, supporting and maintaining stable production processes when required, and actively contributing to Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) by identifying and eliminating waste on the shop floor to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Engage in line balancing activities within work cells and self-organizing tasks, such as managing production logistics (PLO), performing tool calibration, recycling foam materials, and leading morning meetings.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / NITEC Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical
  • Experience in manufacturing environment / Mechanical assembly work
  • Working effectively with multilingual colleagues
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • Willing to support overtime as and when required
  • Must be flexible to work on all type of shift work
