This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of quality patient care by efficiently managing clinical records, processing requests for information, and supporting research and audit initiatives.In this role, you will process requests for patient information in accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code
You will undertake reception and other clinical records responsibilities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.You will contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives, helping the department operate efficiently.
