Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant you will be an expert in our key products : foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers. You will listen to customers, ask open questions to understand their needs, offer solutions, deliver accurate service, build a loyal customer base, and drive local marketing initiatives. This role will mainly be based in our Queensgate store with flexibility to travel to our other stores.

Skills & Experience

• Experience working toward and achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Passion for customer service
• Comprehensive computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
• Exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving

Remuneration

We offer a base salary of $53,000 and generous uncapped earning commission.
