Marketing Manager (Global)

Competitive salary + bonus structure + huge scopeThe RoleThis newly established and key role to our business will be reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer and has management of one direct report.

The role will be responsible for leading Thermogard's marketing function across the United States, Australia and New Zealand markets.

The Marketing Manager will develop, initiate, and execute high-impact strategies building brand equity, driving strong commercial outcomes, and supporting growth in the different markets.

There is a pivotal role in establishing connections with internal and external stakeholders, product development, customer insights, and market dynamics.

A strong focus on the use of AI to elevate marketing performance and drive overall efficiency and innovation.Role responsibilities include : Strategic Planning and Execution – Developing comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth goals.

Conducting market research, competitor analysis, identifying target audiences, and adopting emerging tools and technologies ensuring marketing opportunities are effective and impactful.Brand Development and Management – Playing a key role in developing and managing our brand positioning and market presence.

Defining brand and visual identity and messaging, to maintain brand consistency across all markets and channels.Digital Marketing and Website Development – Having a solid understanding of today's digital age, and ensuring our brand has a strong online presence.

Enhancing our digital, print, trade, social media and email platforms, through SEO, cross-channel content development, continuous website improvement, and leveraging AI tools and efficiencies to reach and engage our target audience effectively.Campaign Management and Analysis – Conceptualising, executing, and overseeing all regional marketing campaigns and initiatives across US, AU and NZ markets.

Utilising analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance, providing valuable insights in optimising future marketing efforts and maximise ROI.Cost Control and Efficiency – Implementing strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns to improve cost control and efficiency.

Identifying the most cost-effective marketing channels and tactics, ensuring that our resources and spend are allocated efficiently.Communication and Collaboration – Being a key member of our team and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to foster branding and culture.

Using leadership skills and marketing expertise to inspire and motivate our team to achieve excellence and drive alignment and results.About YouIdeally having a degree or qualification in a related field, you will bring with you a wealth of marketing experience and expertise, as well as exceptional technical capability.

Alongside this, proven leadership and management ability with a positive and self-motivated approach.Additional attributes that will contribute to your success : Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (ideally having worked in multiple markets)Proficient knowledge and use of MS Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot favourable)Demonstrated success leading marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional projectsStrong command of written English skills and a flair for copywritingExcellent communication skills and a proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers / agenciesA creative, innovative, commercial and strategic mindsetAbility to conceptualise, communicate, and deliver marketing ideasHighly skilled in the field of digital marketing, AI, and developing brand awarenessAbout UsThermogard is a New Zealand based company specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of innovative and sustainable cool chain packaging solutions.
