About the Role
Permanent
Part time, 0.6 FTE (48 hours per fortnight)
Our CNSs will facilitate and coordinate the identification, development and implementation of research and clinical trials within the Intensive Care Service.
Your role will also be responsible for the management of study data and materials, maintaining accurate and comprehensive study records, facilitating participation in trials, providing patient / family / staff education and support, providing clinical support in managing trial related care, and liaising with investigators, study sponsors and other interested parties.
This research is both clinical trial and internally identified study based.

This role will be based at North Shore Hospital.
About You
We seek proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals with strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities for this fulfilling and demanding role.
To be considered we will need the following :
Current registration and APC with the nursing council of New Zealand
At least 3 years of recent or current Critical Care Nursing experience
Preferably holds a minimum of RN level 3 or 4
Post graduate education in critical care or working towards Masters qualification
Clinical trial coordination experience
Working at Health New Zealand
