Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with Account Managers and Client Service Managers to grow and retain business
Showcasing Canon Print Hub capabilities in client meetings
Building strong relationships with clients and outsourced print suppliers
Overseeing the full print production process—from consultation to delivery
Managing workflow, schedules, and quality standards to meet deadlines
Leading and supporting Print Hub staff while fostering a safe, efficient workplace
Ensuring equipment, supplies, and systems are maintained and optimised
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
Meeting revenue targets and identifying new business opportunities
Providing accurate quotes, estimates, and invoicing
Managing budgets and ensuring profitability of the Print Hub

What You’ll Bring

Solid experience in the print industry and knowledge of printing and finishing technologies

Proven success in customer service or sales roles

A track record of building strong, long-term relationships

Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Calm under pressure and deadline-driven

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets or revenue targets

Proficiency with print production software and tools

Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Printing Software, etc.)
