Join a dynamic opportunity to create engaging TikTok content for a rapidly expanding caffeine and snus brand targeting audiences aged 18–30. This role offers creative freedom to develop authentic, trend-driven videos that showcase products in a relatable and innovative way. You will have the flexibility to film, edit, and post content either on your own TikTok account or on the brand’s account, depending on mutual agreement. The position is fully remote, with no set posting requirements or limits, making it ideal for creative individuals who thrive on flexibility and performance-based rewards.

Deliverables

Produce original, high-quality TikTok videos featuring the brand’s products, tailored to appeal to a young adult audience.
Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends and incorporate them into content to maximize reach and engagement.
Edit and finalize videos for optimal performance and viewer retention.
Collaborate with the brand team to align on content themes, messaging, and posting strategies.
Optionally post content on your own TikTok account or the brand’s account as agreed.
Track and report on video performance metrics to inform future content direction.

Requirements

Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends, formats, and audience preferences.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging, organic video content that resonates with viewers.

No minimum follower count required; creativity and ability to generate views are prioritized.

Proficient in video filming and editing using mobile devices or editing apps.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Comfortable working with performance-based compensation models.

Familiarity with the caffeine, snus, or lifestyle product sectors is a plus but not required.

Must be 18 years or older.
