What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide customer support via email and live messaging to various user types across different product areas
  • Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and customer advocacy
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and operational teams to enhance user experience
  • Meet productivity standards while ensuring quality service delivery
  • Act as the voice and ear for users, advocating for their needs within the organization
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for enhancing the customer journey
  • Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a tech environment
  • Hands‑on experience in Live Chat and Email Support
  • Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working remotely or in a fast‑growing organization
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and / or Pension systems
