About the Role
We are seeking Team Leaders to join our team of skilled, talented and passionate horticulturalists, landscapers and maintenance teams.
You will work with other Team leaders and be responsible for maintaining and creating some of the most beautiful parks, greenspaces and walkways / tracks across Auckland.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Completing relevant reports
Using phone app daily to manage jobs
Running daily toolbox and pre-starts
Overseeing a Trades Assistant
Removal of pest plants & vegetation
Using an array of small plant equipment including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers, pole saws, etc
Track maintenance - Weed spraying, walkway drain clearing, Swale clearance
About You
Previous experience in Horticulture / Landscaping a must
Building knowledge would be beneficial
Have a passion for working outdoors and love to see the fruits of your labour
Are committed to providing the absolute best quality workmanship for our Customers
Have a class one drivers license
Must be physically fit - Reliable and always on time for work
Comfortable leading and support team members
We won't budge on safety therefore we need someone who is health and safety conscious
Willing to embrace change and new possibilities
