Auckland Live is the leader in performing arts, culture, entertainment, and events in Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau, and is Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest performing arts platform. Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events facilitates and delivers exceptional events, including meetings, conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and awards ceremony from 10 to 2,000 people. Auckland Live and Conventions presents events across Auckland's major performing arts venues and stadiums including Aotea Centre, Auckland Town Hall, The Civic, Aotea Square, Bruce Mason Centre, Shed 10, The Cloud, Viaduct Events Centre, Go Media (Mt Smart) Stadium, North Harbour Stadium, Western Springs Stadium, Auckland Art Gallery and Auckland Zoo.
Role summary
The key purpose of this role is to supervise the delivery of catering services supporting the overall delivery of events for Auckland Live and Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events.
Responsibilities
About you
You will have experience within the food and beverage, hospitality and / or event industry and have enthusiasm and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You relate well to a wide range of people, ensuring a high standard of service is provided.
What we offer
The role will work rostered shifts over 7 days which will include nights, weekends, and public holidays, dependent on the events we are holding.
The role is paid hourly with starting rate of $32.00 per hour.
