About The Opportunity

Right now we’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join us on an 8-month fixed term covering parental leave. Reporting to the Director P&C, you’ll support various business units within Apple Operations in a role that blends operational and strategic HR.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Support the delivery of T&G’s People & Culture strategy across the Supply Chain, Quality and Technical teams.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing expertise and coaching to leaders on all aspects of HR best-practice
• Drive leadership and capability initiatives that foster a high performance culture
• Operational HR activities including employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
• Contribute to various P&C projects across L&D, OD, Talent and Remuneration

Based in Whakatu, we offer a flexible, hybrid working environment. You’ll benefit from exceptional HR leadership while gaining exposure to our global apple value chain. While an immediate start in December is preferred, we are open to our successful candidate commencing in January.
