Manurewa Marae is seeking a compassionate, culturally grounded clinician to join our team as a Kai Whatu Mana Atua – Weaver of Wellbeing. Rooted in tikanga Māori, whanaungatanga, and wairuatanga, this role walks alongside whānau on their hauora journey uplifting identity, strengthening connection, and supporting pathways to healing and wellbeing.

You will support whānau through culturally grounded, holistic practice blending your clinical expertise with tikanga Māori and relationship-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and wellbeing support
• Co-design support plans that reflect whānau goals
• Facilitate or support wānanga, hui, and wellbeing activities
• Build trusting relationships and connect whānau to services
• Maintain clinical notes and professional documentation

This role suits clinicians who thrive in relational, whānau-centred environments.
