A bit About the role...

• Leading daily site operations, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet programme and quality targets.
• Driving safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring every task meets Maycroft’s expectations
• Solving problems on the ground, anticipating risks, and keeping projects moving efficiently
• Building strong, respectful relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and your wider project team
• Mentoring apprentices and developing the capability of your site crew
• Supporting project delivery through accurate reporting, programme updates, and clear communication
