ResponsibilitiesProvide relief coverage for planned and immediate leave for permanent Support Workers in a dementia care setting.Support elderly residents living with dementia in a compassionate, person-centered manner.Work as part of a small, values-driven team in a 24 / 7 operation.QualificationsA current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.For respite services, hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent, or be currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent.Able to be flexible and available for varying shifts.Hours and ClosingThe hours of work are irregular and offered when available.
