We are looking for a progressive, empowering and enthusiastic leader to join our teams in supporting tamariki and whānau to achieve their full potential.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • is a strong confident leader
  • is passionate about excellent educational outcomes for tamariki
  • understands Te Tiriti o Waitangi based partnerships with tamariki and whānau
  • demonstrates a commitment to Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga
  • embraces a culture of strong health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki
  • has an awareness of the culture of child protection
  • is experienced and passionate about creating and maintaining strong relationships with whānau and the wider community.
  • demonstrates a growth mindset
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • proven experience in leading and managing teams for high performance
  • is meticulous and passionate about developing and progressing high quality curriculum

Requirements For This Role

  • entitled to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand
  • level 7 Teaching qualification specialising in ECE
  • hold a current practising certificate
  • hold a valid first aid certification - level 1 or higher
  • Closing date : Thursday, 9 October 2025
