We have a few Fixed Term opportunities that have come up for a Claims Consultants to join our motor Claims teams in Wellington & Auckland. This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers. In this role you will be empowered to provide solutions that ensure an outstanding service experience. We are looking for candidates that can provide a high level of empathy and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. We can teach you everything you need to know about Insurance, however Insurance experience would be an advantage for the right candidate.

We have 2x 6 months, and one 12 month Fixed term role available.

In a 37.5 hour working week you would be placed on a set shift, 7.5 hours per day Monday-Friday between 8am and 5 : 30pm. You may also be working on a roster to accommodate the extended hours of operation which are : Monday – Friday from 5 : 30-6 : 30pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm (including public holidays).

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service and be the primary point of contact for customers
• Provide case management; maintaining a portfolio of claims
• Advise customers of their policy entitlements, lodge customer claims and explain the claims and repair processes as required
• Set expectations on the claims process whilst providing the right solution to meet the customer’s needs
