We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual to join our healthcare team in Tauranga for a fixed-term contract.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will be supporting clinical and administrative teams to ensure the smooth running of patient and departmental workflows.The role is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, and we anticipate for at least a couple of months, potentially through to Christmas.Ideally start by 13th October or sooner if possible.It's a very busy role based in the theatre area, with frequent interruptions and visits from clinical staff, so someone who can manage a dynamic environment is essential.Key RequirementsProven experience with WebPAS Systems – this is essentialIntermediate Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage sensitive information with discretionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAvailability for October startMust be locally based in TaurangaKey Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers using WebPASUpdate and maintain patient records with a high degree of accuracyProvide frontline administrative support to medical and nursing staffCoordinate appointment scheduling and clinical bookingsRespond to patient and visitor enquiries in a professional and compassionate mannerSupport reporting and data entry tasks as requiredLiaise with other departments to ensure continuity of care and servicesMaintain compliance with hospital policies and privacy regulationsWhat We OfferFlexible and negotiable pay rate based on experienceImmediate start with a supportive, collaborative teamA great opportunity to work in a respected healthcare settingReady to Apply?
