About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Project Manager to join our Auckland team and play an integral role in delivering a range of exciting infrastructure projects. The position is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in project delivery and is eager to broaden their experience across large‑scale, complex projects that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects across all phases – from planning and design through to procurement, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, tracking progress and reporting to senior project leaders and clients.
- Contribute to design management, procurement processes, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with project documentation and industry standards.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate to maintain project timelines and quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting TSA Riley’s reputation for excellence and trusted delivery in the infrastructure sector.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent project outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
About You
Hold a tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, or engineering.Have 4+ years’ experience managing or delivering infrastructure projects in the Water, Roads, or Rail sectors, from a client‑side, design management, or contractor perspective.Be a collaborative team player who thrives in a culture built on shared success, open communication, and professional integrity.Have a genuine desire to mentor and grow within a high‑performing team, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and values‑driven workplace.Be passionate about developing your project leadership skills while working on meaningful infrastructure projects that shape communities across New Zealand.Why Choose TSA Riley
