About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Project Manager to join our Auckland team and play an integral role in delivering a range of exciting infrastructure projects. The position is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in project delivery and is eager to broaden their experience across large‑scale, complex projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of infrastructure projects across all phases – from planning and design through to procurement, construction, and handover.
Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives.
Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, tracking progress and reporting to senior project leaders and clients.
Contribute to design management, procurement processes, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with project documentation and industry standards.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate to maintain project timelines and quality outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting TSA Riley’s reputation for excellence and trusted delivery in the infrastructure sector.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent project outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

About You

Hold a tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, or engineering.

Have 4+ years’ experience managing or delivering infrastructure projects in the Water, Roads, or Rail sectors, from a client‑side, design management, or contractor perspective.

Be a collaborative team player who thrives in a culture built on shared success, open communication, and professional integrity.

Have a genuine desire to mentor and grow within a high‑performing team, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and values‑driven workplace.
