As the Enterprise DevOps Engineer your role is to provide expert support in security and networking for OneNZ’s Enterprise and Government clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring optimal availability, performance, and stability across a diverse customer base. Your skills will be key to maintaining seamless service in a dynamic 24 / 7 environment.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

• Configuring and maintaining firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Monitoring security events, identifying potential threats or vulnerabilities, and responding promptly to incidents.
• Monitoring network health, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing appropriate remedial actions.
• Participating in 24x7 callout roster as required on a regular basis.
• Help our customers by driving service improvements with your technical understanding of their networks and services.
• Prepare and deploy operational changes to customers networks following industry best standards.
