As part of long-term succession planning, the firm is now seeking a Senior Manager ready to step into a future Director-Level role.

This is a rare opportunity to join as an Associate and transition into a leadership position, including equity partnership.

About the Opportunity

About You

You are a CA qualified Accountant with significant experience in business advisory services, ideally at Senior Manager Level or equivalent.

You're ready to take the next big step in your career — but perhaps you're in a firm where growth opportunities are limited.

You'll bring :

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, develop and inspire a team

A strong technical grounding in compliance and advisory services

Confidence in managing client relationships and delivering strategic insights

A desire to build equity and long-term commitment to the firm's success

A commercial mind-set with the interpersonal skills to expand networks and attract new business
