That’s why we are seeking like-minded Casual Caregivers to join our Liston Heights Care Home located in Taupo . You will help us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable.

This is a Casual role with no guaranteed hours .

As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering the highest quality person first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.

Where You Will Make an Impact

• Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity.
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
• Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities.
• Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team.
