For further information, visit role is the frontline customer service and sales support liaison at Taura Natural Ingredients, managing domestic and international sales order management, export logistics and 3PL coordination. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and operational problem solving, while driving continuous process improvement.The role is based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand (onsite role). - Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage domestic and export customer orders, from order entry and confirmation, through to invoicing.
- Coordinate shipping of orders with internal warehouse team and external freight providers.
- Manage all order and logistics related documentation in a timely and systematic manner.
- Handle customer complaints in conjunction with other departments as necessary.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements to support DIFOT and other customer service related KPIs.
- Proactively provide support to the sales team as required and maintain customer information.
- Contribute to production planning inputs to ensure customer demand is met in-full and on-time.
- Support internal / external audits as needed.
- What Makes You the Right Fit
- 4 years' experience in Customer Services or similar role
- Knowledge in domestic and international trade and experience with export logistics
- Expert knowledge of MS Office tools
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly collaborative and team player attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy required
- Knowledge in basic finance
- Fluent business English communication skills
