Accountabilities

• Define and communicate the strategic direction of the marketing team, ensuring full alignment with organisational goals.
• Prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively across all marketing channels.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee data collection and KPI analysis to evaluate performance and optimise strategies.
• Deliver insights and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead UX improvement initiatives, incorporating user feedback and optimising content and audience development.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to implement experience enhancements.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies with internal leaders and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities to support growth.
• Oversee creation of impact reports and high‑quality content for enterprise clients.
• Lead go‑to‑market efforts for special projects and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment and measurable results.
