About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administration Clerk to join our Womens Health Service.

In this key role, you will ensure smooth and efficient outpatient clinic operations by :
Coordinating and booking patient appointments in a timely and clinically appropriate manner
Maintaining accurate patient records and managing appointment waitlists
Registering patients and keeping information up to date on iPM
Communicating clearly with patients via phone and written correspondence regarding appointments and procedures
Monitoring the quality of electronic records, proactively addressing any issues as they arise
About you
You will bring a strong background in administrative support in a health environment, with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, professional presence.
To excel in this role, you will have :
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-focused administrative role within healthcare
Proficiency in iPM, clinical portal systems and ideally MCIS
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and effective time management
Fluency in an additional language, preferably Te Reo Maori or a Pacific language, is highly desirable and will be considered a valuable asset
