About the Role

Working 81 hours per fortnight in LevinWeek 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5.05pmWeek 2 : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 5.05pm

This role specifically requires a Female as specified by the people we supports needs, under the Health and Disability Code ofRights and as provided for under Section 27 of the Human Rights Act

We're Looking For Someone With

A Passion for People : Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people

Driver Licence : A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.

Empathy & Understanding : An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.

Team Player : Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.

Practical Skills : The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.

Previous Experience : experience in the Health Sector required and additionally experience working with challenging behaviours would be an advantage

Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain) : A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
