Territory Manager – Wellington. Join a Global Leader in Construction Innovation. We are seeking a driven and strategic Territory Manager to join the Ramsetreid Concrete Systems Division in Wellington.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this onsite field role will drive profitable growth across Wellington and surrounding regions. You’ll develop strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and industry stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions that support construction innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive profitable growth by building relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders across your territory.
  • Use data-driven insights and market knowledge to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the execution of strategic growth initiatives, identifying new customers, products, and markets.

  • Experience in sales or account management (construction industry experience highly regarded).
  • Strong influencing and solution-selling skills with the ability to manage projects and forecasts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety.
