Front of House Staff – Rakaia, Canterbury RegionWe are currently seeking two Front of House team members for our restaurant located in the Canterbury region (Rakaia).

We offer :

A guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week

A pay rate between $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and enthusiastic team players.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety requirements

Maintain the safety and well-being of both customers and staff within hospitality areas

Perform daily duties including food preparation, service, cash handling, and general cleaning as per set standards and schedules

Ensure bar and catering facilities are properly secured when not in use

Maintain accurate stock records in line with operational procedures

Uphold hygiene and safety standards for the storage and sale of food and beverages

Carry out any other reasonable duties as required

What We're Looking For :

No qualification is required, previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided

A keen eye for detail and the ability to pick things up quickly

A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong team spirit
