Animation Tutor

Fixed Term - Part-time (0.5 FTE) Feb to Dec 2026

We’re looking for an experienced Animation Tutor to join our Digital Media & Design team. This is a great opportunity to help shape the next generation of animators through hands‑on teaching, studio practice, and curriculum development.

You’ll bring strong expertise in After Effects , Blender , or similar tools, with advanced skills in 2D and 3D animation , character animation , and the 3D production pipeline (rigging, lighting, texturing, rendering).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum for Motion Graphics, Stop Motion, and Animation courses (Levels 5–6)
• Support student projects across the Bachelor of Creative degree (up to Level 7)
• Collaborate with tutors in open studio classes
• Complete assessment, moderation, and results reporting
• Provide input on animation courses delivered in China

Qualifications

Minimum : Bachelor’s degree with Honours (Level 8)
