What you'll do

Champion Freshness & Quality : Conduct regular walks and audits to ensure high standards of quality and freshness, particularly for fresh food production.

Drive Visual Merchandising Excellence : Oversee planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, stock loss, markdowns, and ensure consistent campaign alignment across all displays.

Promote Brand & Team Advocacy : Champion 'Own Brand' products and empower the team to act as effective food ambassadors.

Optimize Operations & Resolve Issues : Address process-related issues, conduct health checks to identify improvements, and ensure efficient functional performance.

Provide Leadership & Foster Collaboration : Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in team collaboration initiatives.
