Golden Yogi is looking for a driven, motivated, and heart-led Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a high‑energy role focused on fast follow up, warm conversations, and guiding new clients into memberships, class passes, workshops, and long‑term wellbeing journeys.

About the Role

This is a phone‑based sales role working with warm leads from our studio, website, events, and database.

Your key responsibility is Speed to Lead. The faster you respond, the more clients you convert, and the more commission you earn. You will be following up new enquiries, expired intro offers, event sign‑ups, and our growing database of people looking for support in their yoga and wellness journey.

You will :

• Call and follow up warm leads in real time
• Guide clients into the right pass or membership for their goals
• Build rapport, listen deeply, and confidently recommend solutions
• Track follow ups and maintain a clean pipeline
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the owner to refine scripts and performance

Hours & Pay Structure

This role is designed as a primarily commission‑based position , ideal for someone who wants flexibility and the ability to scale their income with performance.

To meet New Zealand employment requirements, the role includes :

You will be paid an hourly base for rostered hours, with the majority of your income coming from commission. The harder you work your leads, the faster you respond, and the more you convert, the more you earn.
