Job Description : Join our compassionate team at Boulcott Memory Care Centre, where we deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia.

Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident's quality of life at the heart of everything we do.

Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual's preferences, values, and needs.

Typical duties include : Supporting residents with activities of daily living Co-creating personalised care plans Leading and delegating care provision to caregivers and support staff Ensuring timely delivery of care and support Monitoring and evaluating progress in partnership with the resident and their chosen representatives Building trusted therapeutic relationships with residents and their whanau This is a part-time role working Sunday Monday AM shifts.

Qualifications : As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will be seeking a rewarding role and feel motivated by enhancing residents' lives.

You'll bring with you : Experience in a memory care unit or dementia residence A NZ Registration and a current Practicing Certificate A genuine interest in working with older people and an understanding of clinical services as they are delivered in a retirement village Demonstrated ability to take the lead, remain calm under pressure and be emotionally resilient Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people, from residents, families and your colleagues At Summerset, we believe diversity strengthens our team and enriches the care we provide.
