Support Engineer – Entry-Level (Data Platforms & Data Solutions)

We are looking for a capable Support Engineer who is passionate about data and eager to develop a career in data platforms and data solutions. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn from experienced professionals. You will gain exposure to sophisticated data solutions—many of which have been designed and built by Fulcrum Decision—and will have the opportunity to grow into a Data Consultant, ETL Developer, or related specialist role over time. Fulcrum Decision has been providing Business Intelligence, Data Platform, Data Warehouse, Data Integration and Development services for over 20 years. We are a team of high calibre data professionals with extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge. Our consultants use a range of technologies – such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, SQL Server, Oracle, ADF, dbt, Power BI, Azure, AWS, GCP – and we maintain formal partnerships with leading technology and software companies.

You will have skills in one or all of the following :

• A strong interest in data and modern data solutions
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Great spoken English and strong interpersonal communication
• A flexible and responsive approach to work
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
