Working closely with the Nursing Director and Clinic Manager, you'll oversee professional standards, team performance, and the smooth running of the department.As the majority of patient interactions occur with our nursing team, this role is central to shaping the patient experience.

You will act as a patient advocate, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll personally role model exceptional patient care, guiding patients through their journey and responding to their needs, questions, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.By fostering a positive, high-performing team culture, where happy and supported nurses deliver the best care, you'll drive both patient satisfaction and team success.This is a permanent full-time role, 40 hours per week with a share of the weekend and public holiday roster in our Remuera clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Nurse Team Leader, you'll guide and support a talented team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrators to deliver exceptional, patient-centred fertility care every day.

You'll oversee daily operations, manage rosters and staffing, and ensure your team is well-trained, confident, and performing at their best.

Acting as a key point of contact for patients and staff alike, you'll foster collaboration across departments, lead new initiatives with positivity, and help shape a culture where care, excellence, and teamwork thrive.Ideal candidate, skills and experienceYou will be a Registered Nurse who is passionate about patient care and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

You'll bring strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to inspire and support others to deliver exceptional care.You communicate clearly, build trust through your actions, and know how to delegate, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
