Edger Operator

We are seeking a Edger Operator to join our Tupuna Maunga Authority Team!

Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely alongside one of our talented Gardeners, you will be responsible for general green space maintenance across multiple Tupuna Maunga o Tamaki Makaurau (Ancestral Mountains / volcanoes of Auckland) sites.

While your role is primarily mowing and edging, you will also be involved in helping the team with planting, weeding, and spraying, whilst making sure things are kept safe for the public, your team, and yourself.Who We Are Looking ForA current, full driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicleA willingness to accept responsibility and ownership of jobs whilst working as part of a wider team - helping out your teammates needs to be second natureFit and able to undertake and complete the physical tasksHave knowledge of health and safety practices relevant to the jobExcellent relationship building and communication skillsWhat We Can Offer YouAs part of our team, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with other professionals, gain further knowledge and experience, and develop your career in horticulture.

We offer regular work hours, a performance-based salary that is reviewed annually, and a $300 wellness benefit (after qualifying period).
