Are you a technical product leader with deep engineering expertise who wants to lead the reinvention of education through AI? 2 Hour Learning seeks a technical architect to drive the modernization of our AI‑powered learning ecosystem. This role demands the technical rigor of a CTO, the product vision to catalyze transformational change, and the passion to apply those capabilities to unlock student potential at scale.

2 Hour Learning has taken a fundamentally different approach to AI in education : we rebuilt the school model from the foundation, leveraging AI and learning science to eliminate the constraints of the traditional classroom. Our students don’t just improve – they excel, earning multiple 4s and 5s on AP exams, demonstrating multi‑year academic growth within a single year, and consistently exceeding their own expectations. When AI serves as the core operating system of learning, student achievement accelerates dramatically.

This is not a conventional product management role centered on customer feedback loops or incremental feature releases. This is an executive‑level technical product ownership role where you will own the architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our entire learning system. You will be accountable for making critical technical trade‑offs that keep our products lean, scalable, and relentlessly focused on improving student outcomes. You will think with the rigor of a CTO but execute with the speed of a product entrepreneur, combining engineering excellence with learning science insights to continuously deliver breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep education product expertise to inform strategic decisions
• Create technical specifications that embody critical technical decisions and prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long‑term sustainability
• Deploy generative AI technologies to automate and optimize engineering processes, consistent with the strategic vision of minimizing manual labor
