E-Commerce Coordinator

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing luxury fashion retailer based in Mount Maunganui. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional online shopping experience and premium products to our customers.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to support our E-Commerce Manager in operating and optimising our online store. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, collaborative, and passionate about e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the E-commerce Manager in daily online store operations, including product uploads, updates, and promotions.

Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with brand standards.

Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns, content updates, and website improvements.

Assist with order processing, returns, and customer service queries as needed.

Provide administrative support to the E-commerce Manager to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements :

Previous experience in E-commerce, retail, or digital operations support.

Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with E-commerce platforms, ie, Shopify.

Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Proactive, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in Fashion E-commerce

Exposure to Social Media or Online advertising platforms.
