Due to continued strategic growth, we’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Broker Connectivity project – a key initiative that is transforming the way we interact with our broker partners to drive smarter, more seamless ways of doing business.

You’ll oversee a multi-stream programme of work across technical build, process transformation, and go-to-market delivery – working closely with our business teams, technology and broker partners to make this transformation real.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Broker Connectivity project – from mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage technical, process, and commercial workstreams to deliver tangible outcomes across efficiency, growth and broker experience.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, brokers, and technology vendors to align priorities and drive momentum.
• Support the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy alongside our distribution, pricing, portfolio and marketing teams.
