Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Maintaining seamless communication between the workshop and customers (both internal and external), ensuring everyone is on the same page

Managing bookings and service schedules with precision, keeping everything running smoothly

Ensuring the accurate completion of all documentation, leaving no detail overlooked

Monitoring systems and processes for continuous development, and providing valuable feedback to drive improvements

About You

Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, or within a workshop environment.

Alternatively, you may be someone with previous customer service experience and a passion for cars!

We're looking for someone who brings :

Exemplary communication, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers

Excellent customer service skills to build lasting impressions with our valued customers

Administration skills with a keen eye for detail

A full, clean, and current driver license

The ability to quickly master new systems and procedures

Mechanical experience or technical knowledge is advantageous
