As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Enterprise sales team.
Your efforts will help us achieve consistent and profitable sales growth by effectively planning, selling, and managing a portfolio of high-value Enterprise accounts.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a strategic leadership role and can act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
You will have the opportunity to leverage our strong One NZ brand to reach your revenue and annual contract value targets across our diverse service pillars, including Mobile, Broadband, Communication, Security, Managed Networks, ICT, and IoT.
The Account Manager role can champion our brand and are passionate about building and fostering relationships, embedding themselves in their clients' businesses, and understanding their needs to support their long-term strategic goals.
Ko to mahi – what you'll do
You will be accountable for a dedicated portfolio of customers within the High Value Enterprise segment
Lead strategic planning of territory and individual accounts
Partner internal teams to execute strategic plans
Develop winning sales strategies with business led conversations to increase the performance of the portfolio of allocated customers to grow recurring revenue and margin
Foster an exceptional customer experience for the customers with all interactions to promote growth and loyalty
Work alongside virtual teams to identify and execute opportunities within your allocated portfolio

Relationship driven account management experience with exceptional customer and stakeholder relationship skills
Proven and demonstrable experience of business led conversations with measurable sales outcomes at C suite level
Knowledge of the NZ ICT segment sector and market place, Ideally an understanding of the ICT industry, products, services and trends
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies and strategies to drive business growth
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment to drive outcomes
