This is a full-time permanent salaried position in the School of Applied Business, working 37.5 hours per week.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer in Leadership and Management to join our team at the Mt Albert campus. This role involves teaching across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with a focus on leadership, organisational behaviour, strategic management, and change management. The ideal candidate will bring both academic expertise and practical insights to support student learning and engagement.

Our programmes offer an excellent balance between ‘academic excellence’ and ‘industry experience’ for our students’ employability. You’ll have a student-centered approach and are committed to seeing our students succeed in their learning journey through our blended learning programmes plus :

You’ll have :

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Leadership, Management or a related field - ideally a PhD.
• Previous experience in teaching and supervising at undergraduate and post-graduate levels
• A record of peer-reviewed research outputs, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to the research culture of the School
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, supportive personality.
• Industry experience in a relevant field
• Commitment to treaty-based partnership
