This position is for full-time employment, 40 hours per week.About the roleWe're looking for a confident, organised, and focused team player who is systems orientated.
Your day-to-day responsibilities would be varied and include : Coordinating behind-the-scenes logistics for community events like Wearable Arts and Eye on Nature.Supporting local schools, kura and community groups with environmental education initiatives.Managing supplier bookings, equipment lists and keeping our project data tidy in our database.Helping process funding applications and supporting community-led projects through the Tiaki Fund.Sharing positive stories with our marketing team to spread the word about the amazing mahi happening in our neighbourhoods.About youAs a valued member of our team, you care deeply about helping people connect with their community and environment in meaningful ways.

You're confident using digital systems, thrive in busy environments, and know how to keep things running smoothly.
