About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
We’re seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic team at ACC. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining applications and workflows on our growing ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. While Wellington is preferred, we’re open to candidates based in Auckland location.
You’ll work across a complex environment that also includes ITOM, and multiple integrations, helping us deliver seamless, fit-for-purpose digital services. Your work will directly support ACC’s mission to keep Kiwis safe and supported by enabling efficient, transparent, and customer-focused service delivery.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101,287 and $131,077 plus your additional 9% superannuation contribution.
