Chief Executive Office, People and Culture group is responsible for ensuring the cultural capabilities - sought through Te Korowai o Kaitiakitanga - are built and embedded throughout the organisation. This Group contributes to the strategic leadership of Maritime NZ through supporting the design, delivery and embedding of the organisation's strategy Te Korowai o Kaitiakitanga and ensures change is well planned and delivered.
Te tūnga | The role
As the Chief Advisor Health and Safety you'll be responsible for providing insight and thought leadership on our organisation's health and safety strategies, frameworks and programme design to ensure we demonstrate leadership in our internal health and safety practices. You will be a confident communicator well versed in providing strategic technical advice at the Executive Leadership and Board level. You will enjoy making connections across an organisation, our partner organisations and the sector, and will work in collaboration with the DCE, the Manager People, Health and Safety and the wider People, Capability and Culture team.
