The Opportunity
We are looking for an Emergency Management Admin Support Coordinator to join our Emergency Management team on a full-time permanent basis (37.5 hours per week) in our busy Dunedin office.
The purpose of this role is to support Emergency Management Otago group by providing administrative support, coordination, and assistance to the team.
As an Emergency Management Admin Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for :
Managing the administration and coordination of Emergency Management activities
Responding to inquiries and resolving problems related to Emergency management work programs and services
Supporting the development and review of programs, projects and services
Continuously monitor and improve systems, processes and the quality of service provided to stakeholders

About You
Our ideal candidate will have :
NZQF Diploma in Emergency Management
At least 3 years' experience in emergency sector
Experience in MS Office suite, including polished Excel skills
Ability to work in a complex environment, deal with ambiguity and across functions
A strong customer focus including the ability to develop situations that provide value for money
