• .About The RoleThis is a seasonal position with flexibility around duration – Northland is a beautiful destination to spend your summer, and our spa is the perfect spot for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle.

In this role you will : Provide professional and 5-star quality guest serviceCarry out all spa treatments in line with our high standardsMaintain a proficient knowledge of spa services and products, understanding all applications and benefitsBooking appointments, assisting with inquiries and answering phone callsKeeping our luxurious Spa looking beautifulWhat You Will BringIdeally a diploma level qualification in beauty and / or massage therapyPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsImmaculate presentation and groomingWhat We OfferWe offer competitive wages, delicious associate lunches and access to our Associate Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.

In addition, we endeavour whenever possible to provide you with 2 days in a row off each week.Due our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport.
